When you fill out an application for employment in the UK, and I'm sure it is very similar in the US, as after all, PC is an American import (thanks guys), the employer is legally obliged, whether they desire to or not, to ask you to 'please state your race or ethnic origin'. A typical list will run something like this (white is always, and I mean always, the last option) :

Black African
Black Caribbean
Pakistani
Bangladeshi
Indian
Chinese
Irish
White

Well, it goes something like this. Now, what has always made me laugh about these forms in the UK, is that 'Irish', is always, but always, put as a seperate category to 'white' - as if the Irish are something other than white people like the rest of us. : S

Now the idea here is ''positive discrimination'', you are not allowed to discriminate, unless that discrimination is 'positive', which is to say, that if a company has no black people working for it with ten employees, in an area in which one in ten people are black, then one of their employees has to be black, and so, when a black person applies, they are legally obliged to give them the job, and this is regardless of their ability to do the job, their qualifications or how well the interview went - they apply, they get. I have never known anything so ridiculous, and even if I was black, I would find it very offensive, because I would want to be recognised for what an employer would feel I could contribute, not just for 'being black', in order to satisfy a governmentally imposed statistical measure.

Here is an example of the kind of bullshit that you get on the average British application form for pretty much any area of employment :

''We are committed to equal opportunities policies and action to ensure that it appoints the best candidates for any post irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, race, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion or creed.''.

This is bullshit, because to me it seems glaringly obvious that if you are seeking to ensure that a person in not discriminated against in any way whatever in being selected for employment - then surely the best way to do that - is to NOT ASK. : P

They say that they are seeking to appoint the 'best candidates', but they do not tell you that on occasion, the criteria for discerning the 'best candidate', may in fact be nothing more than the colour of your skin, via legal obligation. Therefore, they most definately do discriminate, against whites for that their chances may be minimised thanks to PC, and against blacks because they actually seek to insult people enough to award a job on the grounds of their colour alone, if this is deemed necessary - hence, they are being viewed merely as a member of a race and not as a person.

''All aspects of recruitment are monitored to ensure that our policies and procedures are not discriminatory.''.

Bullshit. What they are failing to say, is that we are not 'discriminatory', but we are 'POSITIVELY discriminatory', so that makes it okay.

''Without accurate data on the composition of our workforce and on job applicants, we are unable to monitor the effectiveness of our commitment to equal opportunities in all our policies and procedures.''.

What they actually mean in this statement is that without 'accurate data' on your race etc., they are unable to 'positively discriminate', i.e., give people other than white people the job, merely for what colour they are, to show what a nice, caring, sharing, multi-ethnic society we are - never mind that it might just be as simple as the fact that people of different colours might just be inclined, for a whole multitude of reasons, to go for different kinds of work. Why not just leave people alone and let them do what they want?

''It is now also a statutory requirement under the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2002 for all public authorities to promote race equality. Please help us comply with this requirement by filling in your form and returning it with your application.''.

Big Brother indeed. Scary.

Now, there is no legal obligation in the UK for a person to have their sexuality (!) of all things, inquired of in an application for employment. However, there is also no law to stop them asking such things, and so if the employer decides that they want to poke into their potential candidates most private of private lives, they can (as well as decide to employ people according to their own sexual tastes).

I once stared down in astonishment at an application form which has the audacity to ask me my sexual orientation, I wouldn't mind I was applying for a job in a shop, not to star in a porn-film. I was even more offended, when I considered my options :

Straight
Gay
Lesbian
Bi-sexual
Transgendered

The trouble is, NONE of these apply to me. Not only does the PC brigade seek to ask us that which should simply never be asked in any formal context, but they seek to force us to categorise ourselves, into their politically correct little pigeon-holes, that we may not even have been aware that we were supposed to be in.

I don't have something against all feminists, just most of them. And unlike our previous anti-feminist rant, I really do mean what I say....

So before I rant, for those interested in which I actually don't mind, those feminists fall into the Individualist Feminist camp, such as: Wendy McElroy, Christine Stolba, Christina Hoff Sommers and Camille Paglia. Basically, I don't mind a feminist who really IS for equal rights, and by that I mean laws equally applied to men and women.

Of course, that brings me to the OTHER feminists. And you know, it seems there are about 99 shit-talking, man-hating, "women deserve more for less," type of feminist bitches out there for every 1 of the kind I just described above. So, here's the feminist behaviors that really piss me off:

Claiming that all or nearly all domestic violence is man against woman. Making it out that men don't get beaten, or that any woman who beats a man means "he must have beat her first or given her a good reason." Yeah, right. I, for one, as most men I know...have NEVER hit a woman in my life. Okay. So I beat up my sister and a couple of other girls when I was about 7 or 8 years old, but since I passed puberty...not a one. And I can tell you, I've been hit several times. Wanted to punch back. But I have more restraint than that. Newsflash, self-righteous feminist bitch: for every 10 abused women out there, there are 7 abused men, 4 of those men and women are abusing each other.

Claiming the "women earn 74 cents to for every dollar a man earns," or some similar 70-something cents nonsense. Bullshit. You feminists like to trot out this tired old rag on a regular basis. Bet you don't even know how they come up with this handy little figure, do you? I'll explain it for you. They compare ALL men working 30 hours or more per week to ALL women working 30 hours per week, add up their annual income, and divide by the number of people. In other words, here you're comparing the average full time income for all women in the USA to the average full time income for men. Guess what...there are a lot more men doing the dirty, dangerous, and higher paying jobs at the bottom of the job food chain. So, for every woman doing some unskilled job like answering phones, cleaning houses, or running a cash register, there is a man taking out the garbage, driving a semi truck, or pouring cement. And guess what? Driving a semi is the most dangerous job in the USA, so it PAYS BETTER than cleaning houses. Do the math, feminist.

Pretending that "men have it great." Yeah, right. Look at the dead and dying of suicide, homicide, war, starvation, homelessness, disease, and work related injury almost anywhere in the world, and you'll find them to be disproportionately men by a wide margin. Tell me another one as you eat bonbons on your couch....

Woman's body, woman's choice...but man's body? Apparently that's a woman's choice too. If you get to decide whether to have the kid when the condom breaks, then I should get to decide whether or not I want to be financially responsible for 18 years of child support (now up to 21 in some states). Equal rights? Okay. I want the right to choose too. Don't like it? If you are REALLY in favor of equal rights and not just paying it lip service, then there are two options: choice for MEN and women, or choice for NEITHER.

Claiming that a preponderance of men in the legislature is an example of "male power." Bullshit. Look at what the legislators ACTUALLY DO. They pass laws in favor of women that screw men. Divorce. Child support. Victim's rights. Domestic violence. Homeless programs. The list goes on. I can count a huge pile of government programs and unjust laws on the books that screw men over while giving special rights and privileges to women. And I can only come up with a handful that do the same for men. If men in the legislature were really about male dominance, then wouldn't it be the other way around? Duh.

Pulling out that bullshit that men control more money. Check the net worth stats on the US Census, honey. Women heads of households have higher net worths than men, on average. And women SPEND 4 TIMES the $$ in the consumer market every year. I tell you who controls the economy...and it's not the savers. It's the spenders. DEMAND drives the economy. SUPPLY is just there to meet the demand. Again, DUH!

The notion that if I oppose your feminist tactics, falsehoods, slander of men and other bullshit, that I'm somehow "threatened by strong women." So, by that token...if you object when I come along and spout lies about your entire sex, try to get more rights and privileges for my sex, and use objectionable tactics to get more for my sex while depriving your sex of equality...then you must be "threatened by strong men." Choke on it, bitch.

Saying that "feminists just want equality." Then how come you all send out "hot flash" news items from NOW and other feminist organizations every time people of either sex stand up for equal rights for men? I'd go into more detail here, but that would dignify this notion that feminist are about equality. Yeah, right. Give me a fuckin break.

Calling me a misogynist cause I hate feminists. Nope. Sorry honey. Look up the damned definition, bitch. Misogyny means hatred of women AS A CLASS. That means all women. Not just you feminist bitches.

Now, feminist bitches, on the other hand, do seem to actually be misandrist. You might want to look that word up in a dictionary, but you won't be likely to find it, as most dictionaries don't include it. So I'll spell it out for you. Misandry means hatred of men as a class. And guess what? You'll find all sorts of misandrist garbage out there on TV, films, books, etc. And you won't see many folks protesting it. Misogyny, on the other hand? You'll have feminists marching around the block for weeks at the first hint of it. So don't talk to me about that bullshit.

I could go on and on.

It amounts to this. Most feminists I've encountered over the years amount to little more than a man-hating, uninformed or misinformed, ranting lunatic. There's a reason for the term "feminazi." It's cause feminists' irrational belief in the superiority of their sex and inferiority of my sex seems so damn similar to Nazi's beliefs about Aryans and non-Aryans.

Ironically, most of the feminist guilt-trip gargbage could be easily cured with about 20 minutes of internet research, or a trip to a library for a day. Most feminists couldn't think their way out of a paper bag. They just accept the tired old lines trotted out by their lying, spineless, man-hating movement without actually CHECKING THE FACTS. If you bothered to stop whining and actually learn something, you'd know that most of that shit you spout amounts to lies and manipulations.

What if the guy who invented the printing press had done the same?
Intellectual property as a concept is a pretty recent invention. And it's one of those inventions nobody needs. Time to toss it in the garbage heap.

I have always believed it is my responsibility as a man to protect and care for my future wife, in exchange for her taking care of the house and raising our children. Unfortunatly, not many modern women are of this opinion. My mom makes more money than my dad as a consultant than my dad makes as a landscaping artist. It is often necessary in this day and age that both the father and the mother in a family work, but it sucked for me because it meant she was never around when I was as a kid. But I would never do that to my children. I can understand a girl working at a job like teaching or at a store until she gets married, because women have to have jobs to survive, but making an actual career out of it deprives children of a mother's love. I think that God gave us different roles for a reason, so that children could get the care they needed and so that neither men nor women would have the inhuman job of taking care of a house (a full time job in itself) and having a career.

PETA people and their ilk make no sense to me.

I've read about animal rights activists doing some colossally stupid shit, too. I remember one story where a bunch of these self-righteous bozos decided to "liberate" a bunch of small furry creatures from some medical laboratories. Well, they managed to break in and set all these creatures free or give them away to folks. Turns out the little beasties were infected with all manner of communicable diseases, which then spread to the local animal populations, not only killing the "liberated" creatures, but also massive numbers of pets and livestock in the area. Nice. Think before you decide to "liberate" a lab rat, you fuckin bozos!

These guys are worse than the vegetarians, cause a lot of vegetarians are fine just eating their diet and leaving other folks alone. Animal rights activists feel the need to push their agenda on everyone.

And I got news for ya, if we all ate tofu and sprouts and salad...our environment would be none the better off. In some ways, it would be worse.

For example, what happens if we stop allowing hunting licenses for deer? I saw that happen one year. The animal rights folks protested like crazy in one part of the midwest, and successfully blockaded a bunch of the most popular locations to buy deer hunting licenses. Well, a lot of hunters decided not to hunt just to avoid these lunatics. Guess what? Massive deer population explosion, which left thousands of these animals starving to death all winter. Of course, these loons in PETA had a solution for that too: feed the starving deer, at taxpayer expense, of course.... Great. You know that that gets you? More starving deer next season.

Ever hear of the food chain, you frickin PETA freaks? We're at the damn top of it. That means we eat a lot o shit below us, including Bambi.

So, suck it up and have some chicken wings, ya damned animal lover! And if you can't do that, at least leave my steak alone!
